art piece for the winner of my gaiaonline art auction <3

supposed to be in a post-WWII AU setting - which i love but unfortunately know too little about >___<;
i must get more literate on this time period.
i loved coming up with bg stuff
i took some liberties with her dress (which i turned more into a gown..lol) and hair piece C:
hours, 0.5mech/H for bg/PS for wash
