Both of these are characters of Vanilla Rabbit on gaiaonline.
The character designs are really awesome 8D
the dutchess on the left is a really snobby personality that loves to wear tight things and fur (of course...um, i couldnt DRAW the fur so i made the little circles instead!)
the queen is a spoiled brat who gets more crazed looking as she gets angrier (which i think is often 8D)
